The mirror teaches little ones to recognise themselves. Their reflection helps them to become aware of their own body. It’s such fun to see Mummy or Daddy suddenly appear or watch how the sunshine is reflected in the mirror!

Playing peek-a-boo helps baby get used to those brief periods of separation that take place every day.

The slightly padded fabric is light and easy for little hands to hold. As they play with the book, little ones develop their fine motor skills, coordination and dexterity. As time goes by, they gradually learn to recognise the animals and their surroundings (such as the crocodile swimming in the river).
